Pantry Box

A pantry box was placed in front of the Borough Hall without any authorization.

Upon examination, I found it to be lacking any identifications as to who is the sponsor or where this food goes.  It is constructed of materials not suited for the outdoors and not protected from vermin or insects.  It was filled with perishable and non-perishable food. Upon closer examination the area attracted ants and other insects. I decided to have it removed and stored for 30 days until someone calls for it and takes it away. If I do not hear from anyone it will be disposed.
